Data Deletion

Hattori is an AI agent that automatically replies to customer messages in Instagram Direct and Telegram on behalf of a seller. Below is how to request deletion of the data we store about you.

What We Store

  • Message content between the customer and the shop (text, voice transcription, metadata).
  • Public Instagram/Telegram profile of the customer (username, display name, avatar).
  • Shop ID, conversation ID, message timestamps.
  • For sellers: email and a bcrypt-hashed password for admin panel sign-in.

Option 1. Revoke Access in Instagram

Open Instagram → "Settings and privacy" → "Apps and websites" → find Hattori.chat → "Remove". Instagram notifies us and we automatically delete the stored access token and stop processing. To also delete your message history, additionally send a request via Option 3.

Option 2. Sellers — via the Admin Panel

Sign in to the Hattori admin panel and disconnect the shop or delete your account. All related conversations, messages, and leads are removed within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days.

Option 3. Request by Email

Email privacy@hattori.uz with subject "Data deletion request" and your Instagram or Telegram username. We will locate and delete all data associated with you and confirm deletion by reply.

Timeline

We process the request and remove data from operational systems within 30 days. Backups containing this data are purged within 90 days.
