Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Hattori — an AI agent that automatically replies to customer messages in Instagram Direct and Telegram on behalf of a seller. By connecting a shop you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Hattori receives incoming messages from Instagram/Telegram, runs them through OpenAI language models, generates a reply in the shop's voice, and sends it back to the customer. The seller sees all conversations and metrics in the admin panel and receives Telegram alerts about hot leads.

2. Seller Obligations

  • Do not use Hattori for spam or phishing.
  • Do not connect Instagram/Telegram accounts you don't own without explicit consent of the owner.
  • Comply with Meta (Instagram) and Telegram policies on automated messaging.
  • Keep the shop's knowledge base and contact details accurate.
  • Respond to customer data deletion requests relating to your shop.

3. Limitations

  • AI may make mistakes — the seller is responsible for final commercial commitments with the customer.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime. While the AI is down, no replies are sent until recovery.
  • We may suspend the Service on suspicion of breach of these terms or Meta/Telegram policies.

4. Pricing

During beta the Service is provided free of charge. We will give at least 30 days' notice before introducing paid plans.

5. Termination

You may disconnect a shop and delete your account at any time via the admin panel or by emailing support@hattori.uz. We may terminate the relationship with 14 days' notice.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, missed leads, or reputational harm caused by AI behavior. Maximum liability is capped at the amount paid for the Service over the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We will give at least 14 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new version.

8. Jurisdiction

Disputes are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
